Commercial/Income-Producing Properties
As of August 15, 2023 all commercial tax credit applications must be submitted electronically through our GOapply portal. The change to electronic submission requires specific formatting for documents, including file naming conventions. Read through all of the guidance below as well as the information on the National Park Service (NPS) website prior to submitting an application.

Changes! Starting September 9, 2024, all new GOapply organization accounts and users joining an organization account need to be verified by our office. The new accounts will be reviewed during normal works hours M-F, 9am to 5pm. Once complete and your account is active, we will send you an email. We apologize for the inconvenience.
GOapply individual accounts will continue to be automatically approved and ready for use.
