Description: Provides support for curriculum-based, hands-on projects that involve K-12 students and teachers in the arts during daily instruction or outside of regular school hours.

Description: Provides support to present performing, literary, and visual artists to students in grades K-12.

Arts in Education Mini-Grants
Deadline: 6 weeks prior to project date

Description: Provides support for schools, nonprofit community arts organizations and other nonprofit sponsors that do not present a season of events for the presentation of West Virginia artists in arts education projects.
Eligibility: West Virginia schools and nonprofit 501(c)3 arts organizations in good standing with the West Virginia Commission on  the Arts.

Creative Aging for Lifelong Learning (CALL)

Description: Provides support for creative aging projects that employ a West Virginia teaching artist for programming to teach a new skill in the arts to a consistent group of adults age 55+ and has a culminating public event at the conclusion of the project.
Eligibility: West Virginia nonprofit 501(c)(3) arts organizations, local governments, and individual artists.

Description: Provides support for the acquisition, construction and renovation of arts venues, accessibility improvements and capital purchases of durable equipment.

Description: Provides support for professional and emerging artists to expand or improve their work or share their expertise.

Training and Travel

Description: Provides travel support to artists, arts administrators and arts educators for conferences, workshops, seminars, and showcases outside of West Virginia.
Eligibility:Artists who are at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of West Virginia for at least one year and West Virginia nonprofit 501(c)3 arts organizations in good standing with the West Virginia Commission on  the Arts.
