  4. All applicants must be registered as Vendors with the State of West Virginia and have a W-9 on file. All applicants must be registered for Electronic Fund Transfer (Direct Deposit). To register as a vendor, start on this page. Instructions for registering for EFT can be found here.
  5. Acknowledging Support: This folder contains logos grantees should use online and in printed materials to acknowledge support from the WV Department of Tourism, the National Endowment for the Arts, and/or the America250 Program.

Description: Provides up to $10,000 in emergency support to schools, local governments, and 501(c)3 organizations for the renovation of arts venues and history museums, accessibility improvements, and capital purchases.

Up to $1,000 to fund arts experiences for K–12 students through West Virginia artists.
