2. UEI REQUIRED: ALL ORGANIZATIONS are required to have a Unique Entity ID (UEI) from SAM.gov. For instructions, please refer to this webinar recording or view the slide deck here. To register your UEI, click here. Please note: obtaining and renewing a UEI is FREE, so beware of scams.
3. All recipients must agree to the terms and conditions linked here
4. All applicants must be registered as Vendors with the State of West Virginia and have a W-9 on file. All applicants must be registered for Electronic Fund Transfer (Direct Deposit). To register as a vendor, start on this page. Instructions for registering for EFT can be found here.
5. Acknowledging Support: This folder contains logos grantees should use online and in printed materials to acknowledge support from the WV Department of Tourism, the National Endowment for the Arts, and/or the America250 Program.

Cultural Facilities and Capital Resources Fast Track
Application Deadline: Rolling

Description: Provides up to $10,000 in emergency support to schools, local governments, and 501(c)3 organizations for the renovation of arts venues and history museums, accessibility improvements, and capital purchases.

Up to $1,000 to fund arts experiences for K–12 students through West Virginia artists.

Up to $2,000 to support performances, workshops, and other arts-focused events.

Up to $20,000 to support public-facing arts projects in any artistic discipline.

Creative Aging for Lifelong Learning (CALL)
