Join us at the Parkersburg Art Center for a special event celebrating National Poetry Month, where the worlds of verse and visual art converge. The public is invited to the galleries on April 12 at 6 p.m. as poets and artists come together to reveal their collaborative masterpieces.
Poets submitted their verses, which were then selected by artists who created original artworks inspired by the chosen poems. On April 12, the creators behind these complementary pieces will gather at the PAC to share their work through poetry readings and art presentations.
This event is open to the public and free of charge but donations are accepted at the door. Guests can enjoy snacks and refreshments while experiencing the artistic atmosphere. The Art Center’s galleries and artist market gift shop will also be open, offering attendees the opportunity to explore additional works of creativity.
