CHARLESTON, W.Va. – The West Virginia Division of Culture and History and the West Virginia Commission on the Arts will celebrate the vitality of the arts in West Virginia during “Arts Day at the Capitol” at the upper rotunda of the State Capitol, Charleston, from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m., Monday, Feb. 22, 2016. The annual event honors the impact the arts has on cultural growth, economic development and education. More than four dozen information booths will be manned by artists, arts organizations and art enthusiasts from across the state.
