CHARLESTON, W.Va. – The West Virginia Archives and History Library announces a change to its operating hours. Beginning Oct. 1, 2018, the library will discontinue evening hours on Thursdays. Patrons can visit the library Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Culture Center, State Capitol Complex in Charleston.
