SUMMARY:Deadly Divide-The Hatfield & McCoy Story
DESCRIPTION:“Deadly Divide: The Hatfield & McCoy Story” Brings Legendary Feud to Life on the Stage at Chief Logan State Park \nLOGAN\, WV — This summer\, one of the most infamous chapters in American history returns to its roots as The Aracoma Story\, Incorporated (TAS\, Inc.) presents Deadly Divide: The Hatfield & McCoy Story — a powerful new outdoor drama chronicling the legendary feud that helped define the identity of West Virginia. \nIn collaboration with the Hatfield and McCoy Convention and Visitors Bureau\, Deadly Divide will be staged at the Liz Spurlock Amphitheatre in Chief Logan State Park. The production promises an immersive theatrical experience that captures the tension\, tragedy\, and humanity of the historic conflict between the Hatfields and McCoys. \nWritten by West Virginia native and former Logan resident Geoff Allen\, the script is the result of a year-long deep dive into historical records\, folklore\, and firsthand accounts. Allen\, a longtime TAS\, Inc. performer\, sought to deliver the most accurate and emotionally honest portrayal of the feud ever presented on stage. \n“I took no sides\,” Allen said. “I took my obligation to tell the truth of the story quite seriously.” Early readers have praised the script for its authenticity and powerful storytelling. \nDirecting the production is veteran TAS\, Inc. Director Bill France who has long dreamed of bringing this story to the stage. “We’ve wanted to produce a Hatfield and McCoy show for years\, but couldn’t find the right script—until now\,” said France. \nFrance and Allen previously collaborated on the critically acclaimed reimagining of The Aracoma Story\, Spirits and Legends from 2009–2011\, which played to sold-out crowds. Their creative chemistry returns in Deadly Divide for a show France describes as “a big epic 3D living breathing movie that actually puts you inside our show.” \nAudiences can expect a gripping blend of historical accuracy and theatrical spectacle\, including gunfights\, burning buildings\, stabbings\, dancing\, love stories\, and deep emotional moments. “It’s packed with action and emotion\,” France added. “Nothing is left out.” \nDeadly Divide: The Hatfield & McCoy Story will run for nine performances:July 25\, 26\, 27\,August 1\, 2\, 3\,August 8\, 9\, 10All shows begin promptly at 8:30 PM at the Liz Spurlock Amphitheatre in Chief Logan State Park. Tickets will be available at the gate. \nJoin TAS\, Inc. this summer as West Virginia’s most infamous feud takes center stage — and a new tradition in outdoor drama is born. \n\n\nGet tickets here: Tickets at On The Stage

SUMMARY:In This Moment: Hell Hath No Fury Tour
DESCRIPTION:Since coming to life in 2005\, the GRAMMY® Award-nominated act In This Moment have presided over a diehard fan base under the watch of “mother” figure and frontwoman Maria Brink—joined by co-founder and lead guitarist Chris Howorth\, bassist Travis Johnson\, guitarist Randy Weitzel\, and drummer Kent Diimmel. As millions convened upon the group’s otherworldly and unforgettable concerts\, they quietly emerged as one of the most influential and impactful bands of the 21st century. \n\n\n\nTo date\, in addition to the Gold-selling album\, Blood [2012]\, the quintet have garnered six Gold and Platinum singles\, followed by a trifecta of Top 25 entries on the Billboard 200 with Black Widow [2014] and Ritual [2017]. With a total stream tally well past 200 million as of 2020\, Ritual elevated them to new creative and critical peaks as well. \n\n\n\nBetween selling out headline tours coast-to-coast\, the group performed in arenas everywhere alongside Disturbed and appeared at countless festivals from Lollapalooza to Sonic Temple. \n\n\n\nAlong the way\, they assembled their seventh full-length\, the aptly titled Mother [Roadrunner Records] with longtime trusted collaborator Kevin Churko [Ozzy Osbourne\, Five Finger Death Punch]. Whereas Ritual hinted at a bluesy sonic sorcery\, Mother breathes the activating mantra of an unbreakable spell\, commenced on first single “The In-Between.” \n\n\n\nIn 2022\, the band released Blood 1983 [BMG]\, a reimagined EP commemorating the ten-year anniversary of Blood. Then in 2023\, the longtime staples of heavy music released their eighth studio album GODMODE [BMG]\, a 10-song record featuring the powerful lead single “THE PURGE\,” the band’s stunning cover of Björk’s “ARMY OF ME\,” the collaborative track “DAMAGED” which features Spencer Charnas of Ice Nine Kills\, and “I WOULD DIE FOR YOU\,” which appears on the soundtrack for John Wick: Chapter 4.
