SUMMARY:Ohio Valley Plein Air - Paint Out Painting Day 1
DESCRIPTION:Capture the emotion and sensory dimension of painting “En Plein Air”.  \n\n\n\nThursday\, October 9\, 2025 – Oglebay Park is our painting destination.  Two thousand acres of picturesque beauty.  Panoramic views\, Schenk Lake\, Good Zoo\, Waddington Farm buildings\, and so much more are available to select as inspiration.  Public school students from the area will participate on Thursday. Each artist will be given the opportunity and are encouraged to work with local art students for one day as they paint at Oglebay Park.  The participating artists will donate their time and expertise to the student artists.  This is an educational outreach to the school community and a means to engage a wider community audience \n\n\n\nRegistration cost prior to 7/29/25 is $40 for the three day paint event.  Registration after 7/30/25 is $50.   \n\n\n\nRegistration forms will be on the website http://www.artworksaroundtown.com and available at the desk at Artworks Around Town.  Payment can be made by check or cash at Artworks Around Town at 2200 Market Street\, Wheeling\, WV 26003.  Individuals can register for single days at $15 per day.  Committee Chairman\, Eric Dye ed43dart@gmail.com
